The gastronomic adventure continued with triumphant stints in two luxurious hotels under the Cidars Group back in Syria. After a detour to erbil Sheraton in Iraq, the culinary winds whispered me to Australia. From Baba Ganouj to the proud owner of Charcoal House, my tale is etched in the rich tapestry of diverse kitchens and the savory symphony of success.
